Dr. Ayad has more than 20 years of experience in the field of banking and credit, as he holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Division, Tanta University in 1994.

Shireen Alkady, a pioneer in the world of finance, is an expert in the fields of economics and investment banking.
Earning his BA degree in 1982 from the University of New England, West Sussex, UK with a dual concentration in International Business and Economics, Alkady started his career training with Merrill Lynch and UBAF Bank in New York. He then worked in the fields of capital markets, debt securities, economic research and analysis, in addition to investment management in regional and international banking institutions such as the Kuwait Investment Company, Bank of Kuwait and the Middle East (BKME), Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait and Tunis Arab African Bank.
Mr. Maher began his career in 1980 specializing in technical sales for the British Steel Corporation in Egypt, through which he dealt with most of the government infrastructure developing bodies; and major contracting and construction companies.

Hisham Hassan graduated from Cairo University in 1984 with BA in Commerce.
He joined Hazem Hassan/KPMG Accountants and Auditors as an Auditor. In 1996 he became a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors. As Auditing Manager, he specialized in financial institutions and spearheaded the audit of the mutual funds.

Waleed Amer has 30 years of banking and financial market experience. He started his professional career in 1982 at Arab African International Bank-Head Office, whereby he gained experience in different aspects of banking operations (3 years), developed his career path to treasury and dealing room activities (12 years) including Money Markets, Debt Market, Foreign Exchange, future contracts and different Options Products.
Foda is a prominent Egyptian banker with a proven track record that spans over 29 years in the commercial and investment banking sector. She currently holds the position of Managing Partner of First Capital for Financial Advisory.
Shireen Alkady, a pioneer in the world of finance, is an expert in the fields of economics and investment banking.

He has extensive knowledge of the financial sector in the GCC region and is currently the Vice Chairman of UBS Saudi Arabia and formerly the CEO of Development and Management House for Investments. Al Dhoheyan has held several leading positions in consultancy and investment firms and he is a prominent figure in the Saudi capital market.

The Executive Committee, which comprises of 4 board members, oversees the group’s business to ensure that strategies and plans set by the board are effectively in place. The responsibilities of the Executive Committee are as follows:
- Approving the bank facilities for the group and Corporate Guarantee.
- Approving entering in any potential partnership, after thoroughly studied by designated due diligence staff members and in light of authorities delegated by the board with this regard.
- Approving any capital expenditure within a range set by the board.
- Approving the quarterly and yearly financial statements for submission to the Audit Committee and then to the board.
- Approving the Annual Operating Plans and the Annual Budgets for submission to the board
