She was able to manage the donation portfolio of the National Bank of Egypt with a change in its concept by applying the standards of the global trend for sustainable development, as well as to support the strategy and vision of Egypt 2030, as the contributions of the National Bank of Egypt amounted to more than 9 billion pounds over more than ten years, and those contributions extended to various fields such as health, education, and combating Poverty, developing slums, supporting youth and sports, developing tourist attractions, supporting women with breadwinners, supporting people with special abilities, in addition to supporting the environment and combating climate change – which comes in line with Egypt’s direction towards a green economy and reducing pollution rates and harmful carbon emissions – with all of these contributions making an effective impact on the lives of Millions of beneficiaries are Egyptian citizens, making the National Bank of Egypt the largest and most contributing Egyptian economic entity in the fields of community development.
During her professional career, as Head of Marketing at the National Bank of Egypt from August 2012 to October 2022, she succeeded in managing the marketing budget, which exceeded EGP 700 million annually by applying new trends and marketing directions, professionally managing the bank’s image in critical times, and worked to consolidate the bank’s position Enhancing its mental image as the largest and oldest bank that works on continuous communication with its customers, whether through direct contact, by developing and profiling branches to keep pace with the current technological development; It was also an active member in the evaluation, selection and implementation of a number of advertising and awareness campaigns, whether national campaigns implemented by the Bank in coordination with a number of banks or carried out by ministries, institutions and major agencies in the country.
She held several honorary positions as a member of the Sustainable Development Committee at the Federation of Egyptian Banks
She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Egyptian Stock Exchange for Sustainable Development, and a member of the board of directors of the committee formed by the Ministry of Justice to manage the hospitals that are reserved.
And Forbes – Middle East classified her as one of the best marketing experts in the region for her role in leading the marketing and advertising activity at the National Bank of Egypt. She was also chosen by Amwal Al-Ghad magazine among the 50 most powerful Egyptian female personalities for two consecutive years 2021 and 2022; She also received the Golden Shield of Excellence in Social Responsibility from the Arab Women’s Council and the Iconic Women Award for the most influential and changing women in society for her prominent social role from the Women’s Economic Conference, as well as honoring her from many different institutions with weight in community work.
