Dr. Nada Massoud occupies the position of Advisor to the Minister of Planning and Economic Development and Head of the Policy Unit
The Ministry’s macroeconomic program, from October 2017 until now, and is the head of the National Program for Reforms Egypt’s Structural NSRP and Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Supreme Council for Structural Reforms which is chaired by the Prime Minister Since November 2019 until now, in addition to that, Dr. Nada Masoud has been coordinating and formulating the implementation of the axis of inclusive and sustainable economic growth in the regional cooperation program between the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development OECD and the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, from January 2021 until now.

Dr. Nada Masoud is also a member of many councils and ministerial committees, the most important of which is the Monetary and Financial Policy Coordination Council – the Supreme Council for Economic Performance – the Economic Committee – the Foreign Debt Committee – the Social Justice Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of the E-Finance Investment Group since January 2021 And a member of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Development Bank IsDB, the Islamic Company for Investment and Export Credit Insurance ICIEC and the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development ISFD since December 2020, in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Company for the Development of the Private Sector ICD until now.

Dr. Nada Masoud is the economic advisor for alternative policy solutions at the American University in Cairo From January 20170 until December 2017, and held the position of entrepreneur and partner in Atromeda Lays IT Solutions, implementing information programs and workshops for children between 5-18 years old, since 2011 In 2016, in addition to that, Dr. Nada Masoud worked at the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies for a year 2008 – 2011, and she also took over as an economics teacher at Cairo University and the British University in Egypt, from 2006 to 2008.

Dr. Nada Masoud also owns many local and international publications, including the status of foreign direct investment in entry and growth in emerging markets, a guide from Egypt, the thirtieth annual meetings of the Economic Association of the East Al-Awsat, Atlanta, USA, and the impact of foreign direct investment resulting from crises on growth in Egypt Working Paper No. 10, Information and Decision Support Center in 2010.

Dr. Nada Masoud graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University in 1995 with honors, and obtained a master’s degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University in June 2000, with honors, the thesis “Financial and Currency Crises in Emerging Markets “The Effects on Egypt”, and Dr. Nada Masoud obtained a Ph.D. in Economics (University of Reading, United Kingdom), in June 2006.
