Prime FinTech – a holding company established by Prime Holding to enter the world of financial technology (Fintech). Prime FinTech will establish companies that will provide the Egyptian market with a range of non-baking financing services for both businesses and consumers.

The company’s capital stands at EGP 75 million. The company boasts a solid team of experts dedicated to providing a seamless customer experience, simplifying financing services and solutions and adding value to the non-banking financing services in Egypt.
Shireen Alkady, a pioneer in the world of finance, is an expert in the fields of economics and investment banking.
Earning his BA degree in 1982 from the University of New England, West Sussex, UK with a dual concentration in International Business and Economics, Alkady started his career training with Merrill Lynch and UBAF Bank in New York. He then worked in the fields of capital markets, debt securities, economic research and analysis, in addition to investment management in regional and international banking institutions such as the Kuwait Investment Company, Bank of Kuwait and the Middle East (BKME), Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait and Tunis Arab African Bank.

Hisham Hassan graduated from Cairo University in 1984 with BA in Commerce.
He joined Hazem Hassan/KPMG Accountants and Auditors as an Auditor. In 1996 he became a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors. As Auditing Manager, he specialized in financial institutions and spearheaded the audit of the mutual funds.
In 1996 he joined Prime Investment as General Manager, carefully following operations as well as converting the financial results of traded equities to a level of international standards.
Hassan is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Prime Holding.
Board Member Mohamed Al Dhoheyan, an international entrepreneur, has more than 30 years experience in banking and business development on the national and international level. He has extensive knowledge of the financial sector in the GCC region and is currently the Vice Chairman of UBS Saudi Arabia and formerly the CEO of Development and Management House for Investments. Al Dhoheyan has held several leading positions in consultancy and investment firms and he is a prominent figure in the Saudi capital market In addition to being a board member of Prime Holding and Prime Securities since 2002, Al Dhoheyan is also on the board of several local and regional institutions. He holds a BA from Cairo University and a Masters of Accounting & Systems degree from Utah State University in the United States.

Hussam Barakat is a businessman with more than 17 years experience in the fields of finance, investments and insurance. He has gained wide knowledge by attending various in depth courses in credit, financial analysis and investments in derivatives.
He began his career as an assistant manager of the Banque Saudi Fransi in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Later he took up other diversified posts and gained additional experience in the insurance sector where he took up the position of managing director at the Gulf Bay Insurance Company in Bahrain then Lebanon. His knowledge and expertise has been extensively utilized when he became an investments advisor to the Arab Reinsurance Company in 2005. Barakat is also the current managing director of Kash Asset Management whose headquarter is in the British Virgin Islands.
He joined the board at Prime in 2008 and he is also the head of the Audit Committee.
Barakat has a BA with an honors degree from King AbdulAziz University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Waleed Amer has 30 years of banking and financial market experience. He started his professional career in 1982 at Arab African International Bank-Head Office, whereby he gained experience in different aspects of banking operations (3 years), developed his career path to treasury and dealing room activities (12 years) including Money Markets, Debt Market, Foreign Exchange, future contracts and different Options Products.
In 1997, he joined HSBC Securities Egypt during its foundation era as the first brokerage house in Egypt operating under the umbrella of a multinational financial name. During his 10 years term with HSBC, he was assigned to different positions including Head of Equity Trading, Head of Sales, Head of Front Office (Sales/Brokers), Assistant Managing Director for business, Acting Managing Director and finally a Board Member and Managing Director of Company for almost 5 years, whereby he led his team to place the company as the preferred brokerage house in Egypt for local and foreign institutional clients and the main sales window to the Egyptian GDR’s market making desk in London.
Amer is currently a member in the board of directors of Prime Holding.
Mr. Ragheb is one of the well-known Auditors in Egypt with more than forty years of Experience. During his working life, he joined many local and international Audit firms as an Audit partner, Advisor and Expert, with remarkable major assignments in the field of mergers, acquisitions, Due Diligence and IPOs.
In addition to his working experience, Mr. Ragheb is an effective member and fellow in many prestigious and honored associations and societies as follows:
The Vice President of the Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors , he has been a board member since 1988;
A member of the Technical Committee (formed by the Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors) assigned to issue the directives of the Egyptian Accounting Standards in 1997 as well as the Egyptian Standards on Auditing in 2000;
Selected in 2004-2005 as the Ambassador for the International Association of Business Leaders due to his long integrity and contributions to the accounting profession;
Managing Partner, Ernst & Young Egypt (EY) from July 2006 up to his retirement on July 2017.
