Shahinaz Foda

Foda is a prominent Egyptian banker with a proven track record that spans over 29 years in the commercial and investment banking sector.  She currently holds the position of Managing Partner of First Capital for Financial Advisory. Prior to this, she was the Deputy Managing Director of Emirates NBD Egypt (previously BNP Paribas Egypt) and General Manager at Egyptian American Bank. She is currently a board member at First Micro Finance (Agha Khan Foundation) and Easylease (El Sewedy). Foda is also a former board member of a number of reputable organizations, including Samcrete for real estate, Egyptian Touristic Resorts Company (ERC), Emirates NBD Egypt, Emirates NBD Leasing, and BNP Paribas Egypt.

It is worth noting that Foda was chosen among the Top 50 most Influential Women in 2017, the Forbes 200 Most Powerful Women in 2014 and the AUC Distinguished Alumni Award in 2014.

Foda holds an MBA with Finance and Marketing concentration and a B.A., Business Administration, minor in Economics from The American University in Cairo.
